My experience was horrible buying a vehicle. My salesman was Blake and Tina. They both quit working there not long after I bought the vehicle. I thought buying a vehicle from a dealership I would not have issues. It needed new tires, a wheel bearing and the radio did not work. They said it passed inspection, I don't see how. They did fix the radio. I will NEVER buy from them again!!

Dishonest people trying to scam the unsuspecting. Dared to swindle me out of a $500 deposit claiming it was “non-refundable”. Never signed such a document or disclosure. With so many dealers to choose from, don’t do business with these snake oil salesmen.
Car broke down on me after 4 months of owning it. Very disappointed in their handling of it.
I am currently shopping for a new or used GMC Sierra 2500. I find myself very fortunate to have been working with Leisha Wilhoite at HBB in Fayetteville. I can say without a doubt that my dealings with Leisha exceeded my expectations. In fact it was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership and I have had many. She was extremely polite and accommodating. It is because of Leisha that I will return to HBB for this purchase and any future one. .
We stopped to check on having work done on our 2012 Enclave, Decided to look at new Buicks. Bentley was having an awesome sale on 2017 Envision. I bought a older Dodge Ram truck that had 106 thousands miles on it 2 1/2 months ago . The truck want run any longer, I was told to fix it would be around $2000 and up. I called the dealership and they didn't seem to care, they said sorry, sold AS IS. Its seems as I have researched this dealership they seem to have this problem..

Just bought a car from Rebecca Lewis. I really felt she was honest. She took her time and I felt I got the best deal around. Looking for two weeks stopped in at Howard Bentley, hour or so later I was leaving with my new car! I recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Rebecca, very helpful young lady.

They work their hardest to get a good deal that you can afford on the vehicle that you want. They're customer service is impeccable and they keep you up to date on everything that is going on with the deal. wonderful friendly people...until there is a problem with your car. Then it gets nasty real quick. If you get a good car there everything will be great. Slightest problem, they don't know you...goog luck.
